You assume full, unilateral responsibility for your physical well-being while executing exercises suggested by the Application:
- You must inspect gym equipment, barbells, collars, and benches before loading weight.
- Never lift beyond your physical capabilities, and always utilize spotters and safety catches for heavy compound movements (e.g. Bench Press, Squats).
- Immediately stop exercise if you experience acute dizziness, pain, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, or sharp discomfort.

The Application, its software, layout, graphics, curated database of exercises, and website design are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your personal mobile devices.
